A wonderful depth of flavour is found in this naturally processed coffee, thanks to the excellent soil and climate found in Tarrazu, but also the prolonged hold, drying the beans slowly on the patios at Finca Santa Elena allowing flavours to develop.

Finca and Beneficiadora Santa Elena is a 46ha farm situated on the slopes of the Caraigres mountain in the Los Santos Region, also known as Tarrazu. This naturally processed microlot is grown at 1,650masl and includes both Caturra and Catuai varieties.
